Jen Baird

Jen is passionate about real estate and the people who work within this vitally important sector.  She’s been the CEO of REINZ since 2021 championing positivity and change across the profession. 

She had nearly a decade as Chief Marketing Officer at Barfoot & Thompson before spending 4 years at Hamilton City Council leading a team of 300+, managing the long-term planning, funding, consenting and economic development enabling the growth of the city.
